Manufacturer Tots in Mind in conjunction with the CPSC recently recalled the “Cozy Portable Playard Tent with Cabana Kit”.  Clips that attach it to the top of a play yard can break or be removed by a child and the child can put their head under the tent posing a strangulation hazard.  They recommend that you should get free replacement clips right away at www.totsinmind.com or 800-626-0339. Kidsafeinc.com used to sell that item, but discontinued sales of their products due to quality control issues.
